Meeting Minutes

The CFU Board have regular meetings (roughly once a month) to receive reports from sub groups, discuss any issues and make decisions. Occasionally confidential information is discussed, so that information is removed from these publicised minutes. There are a lot of documents, so it will take some time to get them loaded to the website!

The CFU AGM is usually made up of a formal section of CFU business (which typically lasts around 30 minutes) and a Question & Answer session with CUFC or other guests (which typically takes around an hour). The minutes include the Q&A sessions. The Financial Accounts are separate documents presented at or before the CFU AGM, and show where our money has come from, and where it has gone. CFU does not need to have a full audit, instead the accounts are independently examined.

As with the Board Meeting minutes it will take a while for all the CFU AGM minutes and Financial Accounts to be uploaded.
