CFU Constitution

CFU has a formal constitution which has to be approved by the FCA.

CFU use the standard constitution developed by Supporters Direct (now part of the Football Supporters Association), which, despite being a legal document, is quite easy to read and understand.

Since CFU was formed in 2000, legislation changes meant the constitution was updated in 2018.

Changes to the constitution have to be approved by CFU members.

CFU Board Member Declaration Aug 2021

Any CFU member can be nominated to be on the CFU Board, with elections taking place at the CFU AGM.

Those who are elected are expected to sign the CFU Board Member Declaration.
