CFU has a formal constitution , details of which can be found on our CFU Constitution page.
Since the beginning of CFU there have been a number of “what happens if……” occasions.
When this occurs the CFU Board discuss the reasons and possible outcomes, and documents what it thinks is correct to give everyone a clear understanding.
Sometimes there are guidance documents available from the Football Supporters Association (FSA), other Fans groups may have had a similar issue and their document may be used, sometimes the CFU Board go through possible scenarios to come up with best outcome.
The CFU Board Member Declaration is an example to ensure only people with the best of intentions are elected to the CFU Board.
